The Company Coach was established by Matthew Gamblin to provide high quality strategic and coaching support to CEO’s, MD’s, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs.

Matt developed his passion for supporting business leaders via previous Chief Finance Officer (CFO) roles. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of  experience in strategy and finance.

Matt has an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working collaboratively with clients from all walks of life.  He has worked in companies of all shapes and sizes from larger multinational corporations, to early stage start-ups and high growth Small to Medium Enterprises (SME's).

 He understands the operational challenges facing organisations at all levels and has successfully led projects with turnaround outcomes.
